FIRST AVENUE signs a real estate brokerage agreement worth 57 million riyals

Real Estate Development Company announced on January 23, 2025, that it has signed a real estate brokerage agreement with Sorooh Al Luluah Real Estate Company, valued at 57 million Saudi Riyals, excluding VAT.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the contract is for a period of 30 days, and the brokerage fees will be due upon contract signing and completion. The company expects to achieve positive financial returns in 2025.

The company stated that the purpose of the deal is to enhance its real estate brokerage activities, noting that there are no related parties.
