“Real Estate Authority launches the service for creating a Brokerage Contract between a Broker and a Sub-Broker”
The General Real Estate Authority launched today, Monday, April 21, 2025, a new service for creating a “Brokerage Contract between a Primary Broker and a Sub-Broker.” This service enables the establishment and documentation of relationships between real estate brokers through the creation of a sub-brokerage contract between the primary broker and the sub-broker. The contract outlines all financial rights and obligations between the brokers, the mechanism for distributing the down payment, and the mutual agreement on the contract terms. The primary broker can create multiple contracts with various brokers to market a property. This contract is the third type of brokerage agreement, following the broker-owner contract and the broker-buyer contract. It aims to document and govern the relationships between brokers, enhance transparency and reliability throughout the real estate transaction journey, and clarify the rights and obligations of all parties involved at every stage of the transaction.
