Infath Launches 75 Real Estate Auctions in Early 2026 to Sell Approximately 950 Assets Across the Kingdom
The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is set to commence 2026 by overseeing 75 real estate auctionsscheduled between January 1 and January 15. The auctions aim to liquidate and sell 949 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties distributed across various regions of the Kingdom.
Regional Distribution of Auctions:
- Riyadh Region: Leads with 23 auctions offering 224 properties.
- Makkah Region: 12 auctions featuring 220 properties.
- Madinah Region: 5 auctions covering 62 properties.
- Eastern Province: 7 auctions to sell 56 properties.
- Al-Qassim Region: 8 auctions presenting 192 properties.
- Tabuk Region: 3 auctions including 14 properties.
- Other Regions: The plan also includes several electronic auctions in Hail, Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, Asir, Najran, Al-Baha, and Jazan.
