The Authority confirmed that the initial registration of properties in these districts will be available electronically through the Real Estate Registry platform or via dedicated service centers. It emphasized the necessity of possessing a valid and complete legal ownership deed for in-kind real estate registration requests to be accepted.
The General Real Estate Authority urged all property owners located within these districts to ensure the accuracy and fulfillment of requirements for their ownership documents, in preparation for the start of registration procedures. The Authority also made inquiry services available through its official channels or via the unified number 199002.
Once the in-kind registration process begins, each property will be assigned a unique "property number," in addition to a digital ownership deed containing all geospatial data and details related to the property, including associated rights and obligations.
This initiative is part of the Authority's goals to enhance the sustainability of the real estate sector and raise the level of trust in it by providing a reliable and modern system for documenting property ownership.
