Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Mohammed Al-Majidl, CEO of Osus Al Aqar, highlighted the critical role of real estate training during the Real Estate Training Forum. Al-Majidl emphasized the need for comprehensive and specialized training programs to address the growing demands of the real estate sector.
"The real estate sector's contribution to the Kingdom's GDP is currently below 12%, while the Vision 2030 targets 18%," said Al-Majid. "With the Kingdom's rapid growth and mega-projects like Expo, substantial investments in real estate training are imperative."
Abdullah Al-Jame, Director of the General Directorate of Future Skills at the Ministry of Communications, stressed the importance of technology adoption in the real estate industry. He emphasized the use of data science and analytics to understand market trends and the significance of real estate management systems for efficient asset and rental management. Digital marketing and SEO were also highlighted as essential skills for real estate professionals.
