"Real Estate Register Provides Ownership Deed Access via "Tawakkalna
The Real Estate Register has introduced a new service enabling property owners to access their ownership deeds through the "Tawakkalna" application, along with the "Waqib" service for tracking updates from the Register. This initiative is designed to advance digital transformation within the real estate sector, enhancing user experience and providing seamless access to property ownership data. By collaborating with relevant government entities, this service supports Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives of delivering high-quality digital experiences to beneficiaries.
Property owners can view their ownership deeds in the "My Information" section of the app, specifically under "My Documents." Additionally, they can stay informed about the areas where property registration is underway through the "Waqib" service. Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, CEO of the Real Estate Register, emphasized that this launch is part of ongoing efforts to collaborate with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The aim is to establish a robust partnership with government entities to deliver innovative digital services, enhancing user experience and simplifying access to property ownership documentation, thereby fostering trust and transparency within the sector.
Dr. Al-Sulaiman further noted that this initiative aligns with the significant advancements of the "Tawakkalna" application, which offers a comprehensive suite of electronic services for citizens, residents, and visitors. This reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to developmental progress and digital transformation, utilizing data and artificial intelligence to improve e-government services.
The Real Estate Register continues to register properties across various regions, issuing a "Property Number" and ownership deed for each registered unit. The new ownership deed will include precise geographical information, ownership details, property descriptions, current status, associated rights and obligations, and relevant transactions. This thorough documentation will serve as a foundation for recording ownership and related real estate rights, contributing to the sustainability and growth of the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.
