The 4th Saudi Urban Development and Real Estate Forum and Exhibition kicks off on January 14th


Under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences is launching the 4th Saudi Urban Development and Real Estate Forum and Exhibition 2025 at King Saud University in Riyadh on Tuesday, January 14th, and will continue until Thursday, January 16th.


The fourth edition of the Saudi Urban Development and Real Estate Forum and Exhibition, which brings together a select group of real estate experts and speakers, will focus on three main themes: smart building technology and artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on sustainable planning for urban development that addresses environmental issues and benefits from global and regional experiences in developing housing and applying digital solutions to achieve sustainability in smart cities.


The second theme will review project management methods and monitoring implementation during the construction and operation phases. The focus will be on studying current and future trends in the real estate market in line with Vision 2040, while highlighting the role of digital transformation and its impact on real estate and housing.


The forum will also address social and economic development, which is directly linked to the impact of urban projects on local communities and their role in promoting economic growth. This development includes financing housing projects to serve individuals and companies, and providing solutions such as sales to facilitate property ownership.


It should be noted that the Saudi Urban Development Forum is an annual event organized by the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences with the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The forum brings together a select group of academics, officials, specialists, and decision-makers from the public and private sectors to discuss the most prominent urban issues.
