Baha Region Municipality Announces 19 New Investment Opportunities
The Municipality of Baha Region in Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of 19 new investment opportunities across various locations in the city through its "Furas" municipal investment portal. The municipality has invited interested investors to review the details and competition terms through the dedicated application.
The available opportunities encompass a diverse range of projects aimed at developing infrastructure, boosting the tourism sector, and enhancing public services in the city.
Notable projects include the construction, operation, and maintenance of a distinctive tourist site in the Khalab district spanning 15,009 square meters. Additionally, the development of cafes in the Ushya district and Khalab amphitheater, each covering 100 square meters, is included. The list of projects also features the maintenance and operation of Al-Burj Park in Al-Mandaq Governorate, covering an area of 11,168 square meters, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Further opportunities include the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of a commercial residential complex in the Al-Rahab district, spanning 2,938 square meters. Additionally, the establishment and operation of cafes at the Khalab entrance, both covering an area of 100 square meters, has been tendered. A project to renovate, operate, and maintain a public commercial building in the Al-Ghoroub district, covering an area of 4,973 square meters, has also been announced, along with the development and operation of restaurants, cafes, and seating areas in the Al-Hijaz district, covering an area of 1,751 square meters.
In the sports sector, the opportunities include the operation and maintenance of a sports field in the Barharah district, covering an area of 6,132 square meters, and another in the Balakhzam district, covering an area of 5,504 square meters. The municipality has also tendered a project to renovate and operate an existing commercial building in the An-Nasbaa district, covering an area of 471 square meters, along with the construction and operation of a kiosk opposite Prince Faisal Park in Al-Mandaq district, covering an area of 28 square meters.
