The Ministry of Justice has announced the availability of real estate trading services for citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, as well as those holding distinguished residencies and ordinary residencies within the Kingdom, through the real estate exchange platform. The aim is to facilitate services.

These real estate trading services enable GCC citizen beneficiaries to buy and sell their properties through the real estate exchange by registering with the unified national portal, selecting trading services, reviewing the value of the real estate transaction, then completing the data of the seller and buyer, and finally receiving the property value within the real estate exchange platform.
