The second edition of Cityscape Global kicks off on Nov 11th
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The second edition of Cityscape Global, the world's largest real estate exhibition,Shall kick off as of Nov 11th and will run until November 14th. Held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Mleham, north of Riyadh, the event is themed "The Future of Living" and is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030. Organized by Tahluf, a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, and Informa PLC, as well as the Investment Events Fund, with founding partners including the National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshn, The New Square, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Marsa Destination, and Diriyah, the exhibition is set to be the largest of its kind in the region.
This year's edition offers visitors a range of incentives, including four free residential lands from Osus Real Estate, along with other free housing units and prizes worth over 10 million Saudi riyals from Sakani, such as cars, special discounts, and exclusive offers. The exhibition also features financing solutions with interest rates as low as 2.59%, over 100,000 housing units with various ownership options, and two residential apartments from Al Awwali Real Estate in the "Akam - Makkah Hills" project in collaboration with the National Housing Company. Additionally, 1.5 million Saudi riyals in prizes will be awarded to the winners of the Roshn Hackathon.
The exhibition will host a distinguished group of experts, including Mohammed Al-Bati, CEO of the National Housing Company; Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of the Diriyah Company; Michael Dyke, CEO of The Red Sea Development Company; Jane McGiveran, CEO of the Riyadh Municipality; and Andrei Sobchak, Secretary-General of EUROCITIES, among many other speakers.
A key feature of this year's exhibition is the Real Estate Investors Forum, which will bring together 150 investors from 22 countries to foster cooperation in investment projects. The forum aims to serve as a vital platform for opportunities and investment.
It is worth noting that Cityscape Global has become a major investment destination worldwide. The first edition of the exhibition in the Kingdom concluded with investments exceeding 110 billion Saudi riyals.
