The Registry has reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the registration of properties in areas covered by the Registry. This is part of its efforts to enhance transparency and reliability within the sector by building a comprehensive property registry for the Kingdom. This registry will serve as a unified reference for all property data

A unique property number and a registration deed will be issued for each registered property unit. The new registration deed will include the property's precise geographic location, owner details, descriptions, status, associated rights and obligations, and all subsequent real estate transactions. This will serve as the foundation for documenting ownership and related property rights. This, in turn, will contribute to the sustainability and growth of the real estate sector

It's worth noting that the selection of areas for registration is based on various criteria and stems from the General Authority for Real Estate's role as the designated authority for real estate registration, as per the Council of Ministers' decision and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration System. The National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is responsible for establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using advanced technologies, geospatial data, and modern techniques through a comprehensive digital platform. This platform is designed to enhance transparency and trust in real estate services and data
