Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia, is set to host the fourth edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum. Under the patronage of the General Authority for Real Estate and in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the forum will take place from January 27-29, 2025, under the theme "A Future for Humanity: From Dreams to Reality".

With the participation of over 120 countries and 500 speakers representing both the public and private sectors, alongside a distinguished group of economists, investors, decision-makers, and real estate sector experts at the local and international levels, the forum comes at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing an unprecedented real estate and urban renaissance through its diverse mega-projects and ongoing development efforts.

The forum serves as an interactive platform for meeting real estate experts from around the world and represents an opportunity to showcase success stories and experiences, discuss best global practices and the latest real estate technologies, and explore ways to activate them. This will contribute to enhancing sustainable development in the real estate sector by creating urban real estate communities that keep pace with future developments and aspirations.

The forum will include dialogue sessions, workshops, private meetings, and dedicated areas for virtual reality displays, covering sustainability indicators and urban renaissance.
